ABOUT THE FLAGSTAFF LEADERSHIP PROGRAM

Flagstaff Leadership Program (FLP) is a dynamic community program of leaders from the business, government and nonprofit sector who share a commitment to community leadership and to using their creativity, diversity and energy to enrich Flagstaff and its future. Each year, a cohort of about 25 business professionals are selected to participate in the two-year program. Through hands-on activities, panels, in-depth discussion and educated presentations, class members will learn about Flagstaff in monthly Leadership Education Days that will cover a variety of topics including tourism and the economy, education, healthcare, science and more. Class members will graduate having made connections with a network of local professionals and with a breadth of Flagstaff knowledge, opportunities and tools to better themselves and the community.
